Favorite Place To Eat Out in Boulder
Barbara Bintliff Faculty: Law Library Resources, Library Technology By far the best place is my friend Sherri's house, she's a great cook. Followed by any fancy meal my husband cooks. Followed by just about any restaurant since that means I don't have to cook. Oh, did you want a restaurant? How about (in no order) Efrain's II, Laudisio, Greenbriar, Flagstaff House, Mateo |

Richard B. Collins Faculty: Constitutional & Indian Law John's |
H. Patrick Furman Faculty: Criminal Clinics The Cork. It has the best combination of food, atmosphere, service and price around. There are fancier places, there may even be a couple of places with better food or better service, but when you put it all together, you can't beat The Cork. The New York Strip Pepper Steak is fabulous if you are a meat eater, and there are good fish selections as well. The wine list is long and if, like me, you don't know much about wine, the servers are very knowledgeable. The servers are a great combination of professional and friendly. There are good deals if you eat early. If you want to impress a date, or if you are spending someone else's money, The Flagstaff house is fabulous. |

Clare Huntington Faculty: Family Law, Immigration With my young children in tow, I head for Chipotle (the kids love the food and I don't have to clean up the 247 grains of rice and 114 beans that fall on the floor). |
Christopher B. Mueller Faculty: Evidence, Civil Procedure, Litigation Pasta Jays (best atmosphere; best marinara sauce; best jumbo shells, just the best, period) |
Scott R. Peppet Faculty: ADR, Contracts & Ethics Japango for sushi--it's low key and consistent. The Med for fun. Noodles with my kids when I'm in a hurry. Salvaggio's deli for a real sandwich. |
