Bio:Bill Callison is a partner in the Denver office of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, where his practice emphasizes business law, tax law and affordable housing and community development finance. After graduating from Oberlin College in 1977, Bill received his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1982 and an LL.M. degree from Yale Law School in 2000. Bill has written two treatises -- Limited Liability Companies and Partnership Law and Practice. He has also written numerous articles concerning alternative business entity law. Bill has taught law at the University of Colorado School of Law, the University of Kentucky College of Law and the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, and he is a visiting professor at Tilburg University Law School in The Netherlands. He serves frequently as an expert witness concerning corporate governance and unincorporated business organization matters.
