Professor Pizzi and the Death of the American Trial

Professor William Pizzi was one of Loyola University Chicago School of Law's featured speaker at this year's annual Philip H. Corboy Lecture. Yesterday's lecture features prominent speakers on some aspect of advocacy, and is open to the professional community. His topic was the "Death of the American Trial." Professor Pizzi is one of the country’s distinguished scholars in comparative criminal procedure. His book, Trial Without Truth, which is a critique of the criminal trial system, was the focus of his talk.
