Bio:

Andrew Mohraz is Associate General Counsel and Head of Investigations at DaVita, Inc., a Fortune 200 global healthcare company headquartered in Denver. At DaVita, he oversees a legal team responsible for managing government and internal investigations for the company's enterprise-wide operations. Prior to joining DaVita, Andrew was a partner at Bryan Cave, LLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner) and co-leader of the firm's Global Anti-Corruption and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Team. In his practice, he represented companies and executives in government investigations, conducted internal investigations for clients in various industry sectors, and advised companies on developing and enhancing compliance programs.

Outside of work, Andrew is a member of the Board of Directors for Volunteers of America Colorado Branch. He served for nine years on the Board of Directors of Odyssey School of Denver, a kindergarten to 8th grade charter school. He is a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation's Leadership Denver Class of 2013 and Impact Denver Class of 2007.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University, a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University, and a Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University. Originally from Dallas, Andrew, his wife, and three children live in Denver.
