Bio:
Patrick O'Rourke is Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer at the University of Colorado Boulder. Before serving the University of Colorado in his current roles, he was the head litigation attorney in the Office of University Counsel, responsible for the defense of all litigation brought against the University of Colorado. Prior to joining the Office of University Counsel, Patrick was a director of Montgomery Little & McGrew, P.C. and represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation. Patrick graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1995 and is regularly invited to speak on a wide range of legal issues, including medical malpractice litigation, civil rights litigation, and appellate practice.
