General Description:
Explores (1) the law controlling ethical issues that
arise during the delivery of medical care, (2) the
substantive law of medical malpractice and tort reform
aimed at reducing the frequency and severity of
medical malpractice verdicts, and (3) the practical
aspects of litigating a medical malpractice case.
Cross-listed at the Health Sciences Center; will
include field trips there.
