Bio:Meredith Ashlock is Senior Corporate Counsel--Securities Regulation at Techstars. Prior to joining Techstars, she was a Corporate Associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP specializing in Capital Markets, Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance.
Meredith received her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She also received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish, with a minor in Business, from the University of Colorado. Prior to attending law school, she worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs. During law school, she interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission and served as a research assistant to Professor Andrew Schwartz.
