Colorado Law Hosts Environmental Policy Panel

On Friday, January 27, 2012, Colorado Law welcomed Nancy Sutley, chair of the White House Council on Environmental Quality, and Congressma Jared Polis to participate in a panel discussion on various environmental and energy policy issues.

Sutley began the program by addressing many of the issues that were raised in President Obama's recent State of the Union address. Following Sutley's comments, Polis moderated a follow-up question and answer session. Also participating on the panel were Professor Patty Limerick and Law School Dean Phil Weiser.
