Students Recognized at Boulder Pro Bono Awards

At yesterday’s Boulder County Legal Services (BCLS) Annual Pro Bono Luncheon, 11 Colorado Law clinic students were recognized for their work on family law cases in Boulder County. Congratulations to Wunpenn Zaborek, Vivan Vassall, James Francel, Leanne Hamilton, Megan Nishikawa, Michael Nicoud, Jessica Kaplan, Mackenzie Morgan, Garen Gervey, Frank Haug, and Kevin Allen. The two Civil Practice Clinics put in almost 800 hours of pro bono time in 2008-09 to Boulder County Legal Services. Each year, lawyers and law students who have donated time to pro bono work for the indigent are recognized and thanked at this annual luncheon.
