Professor Moss Testifies Before Judiciary Committee

Professor Scott Moss went before the Colorado State Judiciary Committee today to give oral testimony regarding Senate Bill 110. The legislation works to expand the anti-discrimination law currently in place by providing punitive damages, compensatory damages, and attorney’s fees to employment discrimination plaintiffs. Professor Moss’s expertise in this area comes from his prior experience as a plaintiff's employment lawyer. He has litigated individual and class action cases of discrimination, harassment, and minimum/overtime wage violations.
