In this talk, Harold Hongju Koh, Sterling Professor of International Law and former dean at Yale Law School; and former Legal Adviser and Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor at the State Department, analyzes and answers these questions, based on his recent book The Trump Administration and International Law(Oxford University Press 2018). Colorado Law is pleased to welcome Professor Koh on Thursday, April 18 at 5:30 p.m. in Wittemyer Courtroom.
