Global trade systems are constantly changing and it is important to understand not only the laws that regulate trade, but also current geopolitical events that shape trade relations, and the role that trade agreements have on international commerce. Join us for a primer on U.S. trade regulations (including OFAC Sanctions Regulations), United Nations Security Council Resolutions, and trade agreements (including TPP and NAFTA), with a discussion of their impacts on international business and the importance of maintaining the rule of law.
