LAWS 7440
International Human Rights Law
General Description:
Surveys international human rights both in law and in philosophy, both current and historical. Consists of three parts: (1) the concept and philosophical foundations of human rights; (2) the content of international human rights law; (3) selected rights from a comparative perspective. Strongly recommended but not required: International Law (LAWS 6400).
