Bio:
Eden Rolland is a graduate of Colorado Law. Since 2016, she has practiced as a civil litigator in the Denver metropolitan area, representing clients throughout Colorado in state and federal courts. Her areas of practice include government entity representation, personal injury, employment, and construction-related matters. From 2015-2016, she was a post-graduate fellow in the claims litigation unit at the Denver City Attorney's Office.

Prior to attending law school, Eden worked as a nonpartisan analyst at the Arizona State Legislature, where she analyzed proposed and enacted legislation and engaged with elected officials, legislative staff, and stakeholders at all stages of the legislative process. She analyzed legislation relating to natural resources, agriculture, and human services in the Arizona House of Representatives, and healthcare and public health in the Arizona State Senate. She also worked at AHCCCS, Arizona's state-administered Medicaid agency, where she assisted in intergovernmental communications following enactment of the federal Affordable Care Act, implementing Medicaid demonstration projects, tracking and analyzing state and federal legislation, and community outreach and engagement.

During law school, Eden gained legal experience at the Colorado Lawyers Committee, through externships for a United States magistrate judge and the Colorado's Office of Administrative Courts, and as a summer associate at the United States House of Representatives Office of Legislative Counsel in Washington, D.C. She also participated in a year-long Poverty, Health, and Law practicum, moot court, the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, and was elected by her law school student peers to serve as the Law School's co-Senator in university-wide student government, which she did all three years. She was also proud to fulfill the public service pledge by completing at least fifty hours of pro bono or public interest legal work during law school, and remains committed to using her legal training for public service.

Eden Rolland continues to practice law at Fowler, Schimberg, Flanagan & McLetchie P.C. in Golden, Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and the Colorado Women's Bar Association.
