Chau McAusland is a Faculty Coordinator at CU Law, currently supporting 15 faculty members individually and 70+ faculty members as unit. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a major in Cultural Anthropology.
Prior to joining Colorado Law, Chau's career has centered around librarianship, and her area of focus included literacy and community outreach. She has worked in both academic and public libraries, and served as a school librarian for eight years in the Bay Area.
One of the most striking things Chau found since moving to Colorado is how much Coloradans love animals, particularly dogs. This combined with her devotion to animal welfare has allowed her ample opportunities to volunteer and participate in the legislative process. In her spare time, Chau also enjoys long nature walks with her family and dogs.
