Bio:
Matt Hyde is a partner and co-founder of Catalyst Law Group, LLP, where his practice is focused on representing emerging growth companies and venture or private equity investors in various transactions including private financings, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions across a variety of industries, software and internet, consumer products, and communications. In addition, he serves as outside general counsel to several startup companies and counsels their management teams and boards of directors on general corporate matters and related governance issues. Matt is a graduate of The United States Naval Academy and The UCLA School of Law.

Prior to founding Catalyst Law Group, Matt has worked as a corporate attorney at several large international firms including Latham & Watkins (San Diego and Hong Kong), Ropes & Gray (Hong Kong) and Cooley (Colorado).

Prior to his law career, Matt served as a pilot in the U.S. Navy based in San Diego, CA. When not practicing law, Matt enjoys skiing, fly fishing and spending time with his family in the Colorado outdoors.
