Hunter Swain is an associate attorney at the civil rights law firm King & Greisen, LLP.

His law practice is exclusively dedicated to representing employees in all types of employment-related claims. Hunter frequently litigates in federal court, where he represents employees individually, in groups, and in class actions. Hunter joined King & Greisen in 2014 after starting his legal career at the New York City office of Outten & Golden LLP, a nationwide employment law firm.

Hunter received his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado and his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, cum laude, from the Colorado College. Between college and law school, Hunter was a financial advisor with the Memphis-based wealth management firm Swain Wealth Partners.

During law school, Hunter interned at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and at the New York City law firm Vladeck, Raskin, & Clark, P.C. He also served as a legal writing teaching assistant to Professor Gabrielle Stafford during his 2L and 3L years, and as a research assistant to Professor Ahmed White.
