Ashley Boothby is an associate attorney at Buescher, Kelman, Perera & Turner, P.C. The firm is proud to represent most of the labor unions in the Rocky Mountain west, and also assists workers in fighting against wage theft and employment discrimination.

During her undergraduate years, Ashley volunteered at workers' rights clinics and stood on picket lines. She received her Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Politics and International Relations, summa cum laude, from Scripps College in Claremont, California.

Between college and law school, Ashley was a litigation paralegal at Fox & Robertson, P.C., a Denver civil rights law firm.

Ashley earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder after receiving a full, merit-based scholarship. She graduated Order of the Coif and first in her class, and won the Reilly Posner Appellate Advocacy and the Don W. Sears awards. While in law school, she worked at her current law firm, at another plaintiffs'-side employment/civil rights firm (Benezra & Culver, PC), and at the National Labor Relations Board.

Ashley began her legal career clerking for Chief Justice Nancy E. Rice (on Colorado's Supreme Court) and Judge Christine M. Arguello (on Colorado's federal District Court).
