Bio:Jim Miles is a partner at Greenberg Traurig LLP in Denver, Colorado. He focuses on the representation of health care professionals, organizations and business entities, emphasizing mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, commercial transactions, government relations, regulatory compliance and business planning.
Jim's clients include numerous health care providers, including ambulatory surgical centers, assisted living facilities, community health centers, durable medical equipment providers, home health agencies, hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical firms, physician practices and other health care providers. Jim serves as general counsel to the Colorado Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (CASCA), Community Health Association of Mountain and Plains States (CHAMPS), Colorado Community Health Network (CCHN) and Pueblo Healthcare. He also serves as associate general counsel to the Colorado Health Care Association (CHCA) and Arizona Health Care Association (AHCA). In addition, he advocates for health care providers undergoing false claims investigations by the Office of Inspector General and State Medicaid Fraud Control Units.
He is ranked as a top healthcare lawyer by 5280 Magazine, The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers and The Ambulatory M&A Advisor.
