Bio:
Marc Levy is a partner with Seed Intellectual Property Law Group LLP in Seattle, Washington. Marc focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and enforcement, with an emphasis on trademark and unfair competition matters. Marc has appeared in federal courts across the country and has substantial trial and preliminary injunction experience. Marc practices regularly at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board where he has also taken numerous matters through trial. Finally, Marc applies his litigation experience to give brand owners strategic advice to protect their brands.
