Jeff Staudenmayer, Esq. has been practicing with the firm of Ruegsegger Simons Smith and Stern in Denver since 2011. His practice is focused on workers' compensation, subrogation, and civil litigation. Mr. Staudenmayer represents employers and insurance companies in defending all facets of workers' compensation claims. He also represents insurance companies and self-insured employers with respect to recovery of their subrogation liens arising from the administration of workers' compensation claims. Prior to moving to Colorado, Mr. Staudenmayer worked for a private law firm in Dallas where he focused his practice on employment law, construction litigation, and personal injury defense. Mr. Staudenmayer graduated from the University of Texas in 2001, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University in 2004. Mr. Staudenmayer has been an adjunct professor at Colorado Law since 2015.
