Tim Reynolds is a partner in the Boulder office of the international law firm of Bryan Cave LLP. He concentrates his practice on intellectual property litigation and general commercial litigation.

Tim has significant experience representing companies in a wide variety of copyright litigation involving software, sound recordings, literary works, photographs, movies, plays, training and educational materials, newsletters, and architectural works. He was the lead partner in the firm's engagement of the major United States Record Labels and the Recording Industry Association of America in their nationwide litigation against those who illegally copy and distribute the record companies' sound recordings over the internet. Tim also regularly handles matters involving trade secrets and trademarks, including matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Tim has represented clients in Colorado and Wyoming state courts and in federal courts across the country, as well as in national and international arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and the ICC International Court of Arbitration. He also has significant appellate experience and has argued cases in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Colorado Court of Appeals.

Tim serves on the board of directors of the Family Learning Center in Boulder, Colorado. He is the coordinating editor for the Civil Litigator Column of The Colorado Lawyer. He has been named a Colorado Super Lawyer since 2010 and was an AM Law Litigation Daily, Litigator of the Week in 2009.
