Bio:
Bruce M. Kramer received his B.A in International Relations from UCLA, a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and a L.L.M. in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from the University of Illinois College of Law. He taught at Texas Tech Univ. School of Law from 1974 through his retirement in December 2006. He has taught at the University of Colorado Law School since 2008. Prof. Kramer is the co-author of two multi-volume treatises, The Law of Pooling and Unitization (3d ed.) and Williams & Meyers Oil & Gas Law (since 1996). He is also the co-author of the last five editions of Cases and Materials on Oil and Gas Law.
