After 23 years as a litigator, first with Morrison & Foerster LLP and then with Husch Blackwell LLP, Eric was appointed to the bench of Colorado's Second Judicial District in December 2010. He now presides in Courtroom 215 and currently hears civil cases.
During his years in private practice. Eric represented both foreign and domestic clients in complex business and intellectual property disputes throughout the United States.
