Bio:
Holly is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience guiding businesses through complex regulatory landscapes and fostering compliant growth in highly regulated industries. At the helm of legal and compliance operations for Good Chemistry, a multistate cannabis company, she oversees contract management, regulatory engagement, employment law, and risk mitigation.

Drawing on her expertise across financial services, healthcare receivables, cannabis, and tax, Holly is adept at building scalable legal frameworks that support business expansion. She has played a pivotal role in many successful mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integrations and positioning companies for long-term success. Whether negotiating high-value contracts or implementing innovative document management systems, Holly combines practical solutions with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.

Clients and colleagues rely on her ability to distill intricate legal issues into actionable strategies, empowering stakeholders to navigate evolving regulatory environments with confidence.
