Bio:
Jeff joined the University of Colorado School of Law faculty in 2023 as an Adjunct Professor to teach LAWS 6004: Real Estate Transactions. He earned both a Bachelor of Science in Finance (emphasis in Investments and Banking) and a Juris Doctorate (emphasis in Real Estate and Corporate Planning) from the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign. He attended the University of Colorado School of Law as a Visiting Student in 1981. Jeff has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, asset management, portfolio management and land use consulting. He is a principal with RealAsset Solutions, LLC, a real estate consulting practice offering unique and achievable solutions that produce tangible results for real estate owners, users and lenders. Jeff is currently a Lecturer for REAL 4000: Real Estate Law in the Finance Division of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder. He is also an Adjunct Instructor for real estate broker pre-licensing and continuing education courses with Kaplan Real Estate Education.
