Bio:
Bryan McCutcheon is a Knowledge Management Attorney for Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he works closely with corporate and transactional partners and firm leadership to develop foundational knowledge and practice tools and to improve efficiency by optimizing technology solutions and improving workflow processes. In addition, Bryan (1) curates, creates, updates and disseminates relevant forms, checklists, precedents and other substantive content for practitioners; (2) develops and implements training programs; (3) coordinates and oversees other attorneys' targeted KM contributions; and (4) raises awareness of the firm's KM program to increase engagement with and use of KM tools and information resources and to encourage a knowledge-sharing culture within the firm. Prior to joining the Knowledge Management department, Bryan was an Associate Attorney at Gibson Dunn for nearly 10 years, where he represented clients in capital markets transactions, public securities law reporting and compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Bryan earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado in 2011, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a Production Editor on the University of Colorado Law Review and a student attorney at the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Bryan received a dual B.A. in English and Economics from Loyola University Chicago in 2008.
