Bio:
Lindsay Dunn focuses her practice on civil litigation, extra-contractual insurance defense, insurance defense, insurance coverage opinions, and other civil matters.

During law school, she was a judicial extern for Chief Judge Michael Martinez in the City and County of Denver District Court. Her litigation experience includes defending clients in diverse areas, including bad faith property and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, personal injury defense, insurance defense, contract disputes and analysis, aviation, and premises liability. She has also practiced in construction defects litigation, product liability, and employment law.

Lindsay has litigated cases in federal and state court and represented clients in several civil jury trials, resulting in verdicts or favorable outcomes for her clients. In addition to her busy law practice, Lindsay teaches the course Deposition Skills as an Adjunct Faculty Member of the University of Colorado School of Law.
