Nancy Trethewey is Corporate Counsel at Keysight Technologies, a multi-national company based in Santa Rosa, California. Keysight manufactures and sells test and measurement products and services to customers across a broad spectrum of markets including communications, aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, semiconductor and general electronics. Ms. Trethewey started at Agilent Technologies in 2001 shortly after Agilent was spun-off from Hewlett Packard and joined Keysight in 2014 when Keysight split from Agilent.
As part of a global legal team, Ms. Trethewey supports all aspects of Keysight's business including customer and supplier contracts, training, dispute resolution, general counseling on commercial legal matters and M&A. She especially enjoys the counseling and training aspects of her job. Prior to joining the corporate world, Ms. Trethewey was an associate at Holland & Hart in Denver.
Ms. Trethewey received her J.D. and Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. Ms. Trethewey grew up in Loveland, Colorado, and after living on both coasts including a two-year stint in Manhattan, is happily settled in Denver with her family.
