Bio:Nora Passamaneck is a partner in WilmerHale's IP litigation group. She focuses her practice on intellectual property disputes at the pre-litigation, trial, and appellate levels, and her cases span a broad range of technological fields, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, microprocessors, telecommunications networks, and internet technologies. Beyond patent litigation, Ms. Passamaneck also has experience involving trademarks, ownership, and licensing disputes. Prior to joining WilmerHale's Denver office, Nora was the Honorable J. Michael Seabright's career judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, where she honed a practical and common-sense view to litigating.
