Bio:
Meghan Pratschler is a full-time solo practice attorney specializing in intellectual property prosecution and protection, technology, entertainment, and transactions. She graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2018 after just two years and with a certified concentration in Intellectual Property. She also holds a B.A. in Theatre and a B.S. in Geology from Miami University. In her practice, Meghan primarily advises on, reviews, negotiates, and writes contracts for tech companies, startups, and nearly anyone with a digital presence or intellectual property concerns. She is joining the University of Colorado Law School as an adjunct professor in Spring 2022 to teach Transactional Drafting.
