Bio:
Ashley N. Elnicki was raised in southeast Kansas, where she attended Pittsburg State University and earned a B.A., summa cum laude, in 2009. Ms. Elnicki then attended the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she earned a J.D. and was elected to the Order of the Coif. In 2012, Ms. Elnicki moved to New York City and joined the prestigious law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she advised public and private companies on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, reorganizations, fund formations, and debt and equity financings. In 2019, she took a break from law practice, earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification, and began teaching yoga classes in New York City, before moving to Denver in 2021.
