Sara Van Deusen is Conflicts and Ethics Counsel at Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell, LLP. She advises the lawyers and non-lawyer staff regarding the ethical issues that arise in a litigation practice. She is also responsible for conflicts clearance review and analysis. Prior to joining WTO, Sara represented the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel in matters involving character and fitness, admissions, disciplinary proceedings, and client protection fund claims. Before joining OARC, Sara was a shareholder in a law firm and focused her practice on the defense of lawyers in the disciplinary process and admissions to the practice of law. Sara is a Colorado native who enjoys road trips and hiking with her family and dogs.
