Bio:
I obtained my first Law Degree at the Pontifical Catholic University in Peru, and then I did it again here in Colorado obtaining an LL.M. in International Business Transactions, and a J.D. from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, and became licensed in Colorado in 2017. Throughout my legal journey in different countries, I have had the opportunity to study in both continental and common law systems in South America, Europe, and the United States. Further, I?ve held positions in both the private and public sectors, working in the judiciary, private law firms, the State of Colorado, and currently, the Office of Economic Development and Opportunity for the City and County of Denver. My legal experience includes International Public Law, International Business Transactions, International Dispute Resolution (especially Arbitration and Mediation), International Relations, Administrative Law, Labor Law, Family Law, and Comparative Law.

I am also an Adjunct Professor of Law at both Law Schools in Colorado. I teach International Dispute Settlement and International Dispute Resolution at Colorado Law, and Administrative Law at the Sturm College of Law. I am a member of the Executive Council of the International Law Section of the CBA, and I serve as Chair of Liaisons with CU and DU promoting a closer engagement between the CBA and the law schools in Colorado. I also serve as a mentor for the CAMP Program of the Colorado Supreme Court and have been involved in different board-positions in the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, the Global Chamber, and the United Nations Association. I would say that my professional inspiration comes from public service, passion to connect different diverse communities, and legal education.

In my free time, I study continuing education courses related to European History and the British Empire at Oxford University. Also, I am a donor for Oxford´s Department of Continuing Education, Kellog College, and Christ Church (the College and Boat Club) through the Rita Corvacho Espinoza Scholarship fund. For leisure, I like to travel around the world I love cooking, playing video games, going to explore some good fine dining, and spending time with family and friends. I am also a seasonal big fan of soccer (mostly during the World Cup), and of snowshoeing or skiing in Beaver Creek.
