Bio:
Henry Hauser has significant experience working on matters related to antitrust investigations and litigation under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and Section 7 of the Clayton Act.

Henry started his career as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Antitrust Division, where he led the division's first criminal prosecution of an e-commerce conspiracy. Henry's work at the division also included criminal investigations and litigation in the liquid crystal display, automotive parts, and capacitors industries. In addition, Henry was part of the trial team that successfully challenged a $54 billion merger in the health insurance industry. He then clerked for the Hon. Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Henry worked in the Technology Enforcement Division of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where his practice focused on platform markets, data infrastructure, website integrity, customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, and social networking services.
