Bio:
Henry started his career as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Antitrust Division, where he led the division's first criminal prosecution of an e-commerce conspiracy that leveraged software algorithms. Henry's work at the division also included criminal investigations and litigation in the liquid crystal display, automotive parts, and capacitors industries. In addition, Henry was part of the trial team that successfully challenged a $54 billion merger in the health insurance industry. He then clerked for the Hon. Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Henry has also worked in the Technology Enforcement Division of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and in private practice at Latham & Watkins and Perkins Coie. His essays and articles have appeared in TechCrunch, Wall Street Journal, Law360, and Bloomberg Law, and he has been quoted in the New York Times, USA Today, and Washington Post on a diverse range of competition issues including professional golf, concert tickets, and smartphones.
Henry has been teaching antitrust law at CU Law since Spring 2022. His current position is Attorney Advisor, Competition Policy & Advocacy, DOJ Antitrust Division.
