Join Colorado Law for September's Colorado Law Talks on Crowdfunding Securities. Presented by: Andrew Schwartz, Professor, University of Colorado Law School. Schwartz will explore the nascent field of securities crowdfunding, discussing the policy goals behind this new form of capital raising and comparing the different models followed in different jurisdictions. This Colorado Law CLE is made possible through the generous sponsorship of Akerman, LLP. This program includes a reception following the lecture with appetizers and drinks, and is $10 for Colorado Law alumni and $20 for other guests.
