This presentation will focus on statutory, regulatory and case law developments from the last year that impact the taxation of partnerships and S corporations. Topics covered will include statutory changes to Subchapter K and S implemented by the Tax Cut and Jobs Act of 2017, recent changes to partnership audit rules and administrative guidance from the last year.
