This Chat will be a great opportunity to receive valuable pointers for persuasive legal writing in Denver District Court from District Judge and longtime litigation attorney, Hon. Edward D. Bronfin. The main focus of this “Chat” will be to discuss various tips and strategies for effectively conveying your arguments. Judge Bronfin will provide specific examples of styles he believes are particularly persuasive based on his experience as an attorney and now a judge. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a causal “roundtable” format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenting Judge.

Coffee and light breakfast will be provided. Registration is required but limited.
