General Description:
Provides students, particularly those in the Master of Studies in Law (MSL) in Ethics and Compliance program, the opportunity to examine what drives ethical behavior within organizations and the role that ethics and compliance professionals play in promoting ethical behavior. Investigates ethical challenges and decision making, methods to assess ethical organizational culture and qualities of ethical leadership. 3 credits, letter graded.
