International Taxation
General Description:
Explores the United States income taxation of international activities, principally U.S. persons doing business abroad and foreign persons doing business in the United States. This course focuses on the Internal Revenue Code as well as tax treaties. Degree credit not granted for this course and ACCT 6780. Requires prereq of LAWS 6007. 3 credits, letter graded.
