Studies the planning of corporate mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, examining the application and integration of state corporate law, federal securities law, accounting principles, tax law, labor law, products liability law, environmental law, ERISA and antitrust law. Same as BADM 6900. Requires LAWS 6211. 2-3 credits, letter graded.
