General Description:  
		  	  Examines the law and policy of legacy and modern telecommunications industries and large-scale speech platforms, including telephony; broadcast radio and television; cable; modern wireless systems; Internet access services; and Internet platforms. Topics include administrative law, filtering and carriage regulation, the First Amendment, and intermediary immunity issues.
