General Description:
This class takes up some of the most controversial legal issues at the center of constitutional law. What are the limits, if any, to your freedom over your body? Can your state legislature prevent you from marrying someone of the same gender? Can your state?s legislature limit a woman?s right to choose to terminate a pregnancy, and if so, in what way? When does the Supreme Court get to tell state legislatures what to do? 3 credits, letter graded.
