Deals with the practical application of estate planning principles to various client situations, including certain federal wealth transfer taxation issues. Students may not receive credit for both Estate Planning (LAWS 7217) and Estate and Gift Tax Planning (LAWS 6217). Requires prereq of LAWS 7207. Recommended prereq of LAWS 7006 and 6104. 2 credits, letter graded.
