Law and Mathamatics
General Description:
Covers basic mathematical concepts encountered in the practice of law like present value calculations and statistical evidence. It is intended for students who lack confidence in their math skills and/or have not previously studied probability or statistics. Students will learn to perform basic and back-of-the-envelope calculations. The emphasis will be on understanding mathematical techniques used by expert witnesses and consultants.
