| After 8+ years working in house with Shell Oil Company on an broad variety of environmental law compliance counseling, enforcement, and litigation matters, I accepted a position as Senior Counsel in the Environmental Practice Group of Chevron's Law Department, with a focus on US and international Upstream client/business support in health, environment, and safety law matters. Along with my new position, I get the added benefit of getting to work on environmental law issues in the western U.S., including Colorado, so I hope to be visiting Boulder a little more often than before. Additionally, our two incredible boys, Sundhil (4.5 years) and Rohin (2 years) keep us very busy/entertained and young at heart every day. Of couse, they have their CU Buffs gear that they wear proudly; but they are showing some fondness for burnt orange and longhorns (my wife, Snehal, is a dyed-in-the-sari UT Law alumni), so there is more work to be done with these two future CU grads.
