Damian J. Arguello is the founder and Principal Attorney of Colorado Insurance Law Center, a private law firm providing expert guidance for insurance policyholders. Damian is a former claims manager and counsels businesses, individuals, other attorneys, and insurance brokers on insurance matters. He also provides expert witness services in insurance matters. Damian is also an adjunct professor of insurance law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and writes and speaks frequently on insurance and risk management matters.
