Bio:
Ron Sandgrund is an experienced trial lawyer and the state's most prolific author of articles and books on Colorado construction and materials defect law and related insurance coverage issues. He also writes and lectures on class counsel ethics, new lawyer practice guidelines, and the ins and outs and ups and downs of practicing law. He has extensive experience litigating residential construction, product liability, multi-family community, class action, and insurance lawsuits. Ron guest lectures at Colorado Law on mass torts, consumer contracts and empowerment, professional responsibility, and trial advocacy, and teaches Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Public Policy. In 2013, Ron was appointed to the Colorado Supreme Court Civil Jury Instruction Committee.
