Bio:
Professor Kim is a Visiting Scholar from Kwandong University in Korea where he is a Professor of Law. Currently Professor Kim is conducting research with the Center for Energy and Environmental Security (CEES). As a major research subject, Professor Kim is interested in environmental information, specifically, energy problems and climate change. He is also interested in the U.S. environmental law’s professional content and environmental technology as well as recent trends in the U.S. as a developed country in the field of environmental law. Professor Kim would like to conduct his research on environmental law not simply from a Korean point of view but from comprehensive perspectives of the U.S. and Europe.

Being interested in European Law Professor Kim also studied in Germany where he received a degree in Master of Law in environmental law at Trier University, Germany and a Doctoral degree in jurisprudence from Muenster University, Germany.
