Bio:
Paul Washington is the president of LJS Holdings LLC, an advisory firm that focuses on international corporate transactions. Paul is also the Managing Director of TPW Investments, a leverage buyout firm and affiliate of LJS Holdings LLC that is focused on acquiring profitable, middle market companies in various industries.

Paul was previously a corporate attorney in Colorado at the law firm of Hogan & Hartson where he specialized in mergers, acquisitions, securities and venture capital financing transactions.

Paul is a member of the California Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. Paul was appointed by Colorado Governor Bill Ritter to the State Securities Board in 2008 and was president of the graduate student body at UC Berkeley in 1996.
